On Yviex, we want to make sure that members are able to use the site as efficiently as possible. We would like to point out a few specific codes that may make site usage a bit easier.
Clickable Category Banners
All of the categories on the main page can be hidden or visible when clicked on. This feature allows the page to be short and not as long as it would be with all of the categories visible.
Posting Minimum
On the majority of the boards, one hundred words are required in posting a thread or posting a post. On boards like “Ye Olde Gossip” and “Thought Box” there is no posting minimum to post a thread or a post. The one hundred word minimum on the other boards is to make sure that everyone is posting one hundred words when they are replying to a thread.
Creatures of Yviex
There are many creatures on Yviex that are taken out of mythology. Not all of these creatures, though, go strictly by how they appear in mythology. All creature information is located in the bestiary.
Bookmarking Your Threads
Bookmark your threads. Bookmarking your threads will allow you to know if you have gotten a response to them or not. this only makes it easier on you to make sure you are able to respond as soon as possible to the replies.
