Qyyel is known as the royal buildings of Oscivien. The royal family lives in this building along with all of their advisors. Qyyel is a series of buildings that are built into an underwater cliff.

Houses of Oscivien
The houses of Oscivien are all built along the underwater cliffs that surround the city. The houses are all very open with many wide doors and windows, making it easy for the residents to simply swim in, out, and through the buildings.

Dayjen Area
The Dayjen Area is a chain of connected buildings that are able to house those who are unable to breathe underwater. The entrance of the Dayjen Area is located several miles above the ocean on an island not far from Liadi. There are buildings reserved for travelers to sleep, eat, and interact with others. There are also buildings of trade, since the Dayjen Area was created to be able to communicated and trade with the merfolk. All of the buildings are mainly made out of glass.
