Streets of Bellevin The streets of Bellevin are made out of stone and dirt. The streets are never safe to travel on. There is a lot of pick pocketing in Bellevin, causing most travelers to avoid any sort of crowd in the city. Bellevin

Bellevin is considered to be a pirate city. It is located on a remote island in the Wavtra Ocean. The city use to be a trading post before a storm left it in shambles. The residents deserted the island, and the city was left uninhabited for quite a few years until a band of pirates came upon it. Bellevin was then brought back to life, becoming a lawless pirate city.
