The day was much too early for those normal humans to be outside, watching the sunrise. However, Lila, wasn't like that, neither was she a human. Her legs dangled from the top of the Quicksand tavern, watching the sun rise. She found it quite more beautiful than the usual sinrise in other areas. Her grey eyes seemed to give off a sparkle of delight as she watched it glow faintly on the horizon, first giving off orange and red, then soon, yellow. It rose slowly, as if to startle the great planet. Lila loved to wonder about the mysteries of the world, but she wasn't done exploring Yviex to actually create a expedition. Sighing, Lila turned her eyes away from the great fireball in the sky and looked down. Her eyes caught the slight movement of a man, trudging out of the place. He didn't seem drunk, nor did he seem to be relaxed. Lila smiled at a chance for a challenge.
Jumping swiftly from the roof, Lila ran and caught the man by the hand, quickly dragging him through an allyway. She smiled at the startled look and pressed the dark skinned man against the wall. To be honest, he wasn't even that good looking, but she needed to 'eat' today, if that was what you could call it. She lightly graced her finger around his clothes. The clothes she happened to be wearing was a tight blouse, shorts, and a pair of light brown boots. The man seemed to be still startled, and felt like leaving, but she held firm, putting her hands on the wall, blocking him it. She smiled with her white teeth and then leaned in for a kiss. However, she liked to give an option to her food. Either accept the kiss, or don't. If they didn't however, she would follow them all day, for the right chance to kill them. She liked it better when they refused. Lila waited only an inch from his hot mouth, and then it was confirmed. The guy kissed her, first tentively, then reassuringly. But the kiss lost impact as Lila deepened the kiss. Her seemed to get into it, but the man dropped the the floor, making her stop the kiss. With a sigh of relaxation, Lila walked out of the ally, and back up to the roof of the tavern. There was one less soul in this world. But it's not like he was needed anyway.

The day was young as the sun rose behind Kaja's back, beating against the white cloak and hood she bore upon her body. Auburn locks hid underneath the heavy hood that covered her features rather nicely as the hood's edge rested just above her eyes. Pale features could be seen within the light shadows however as sapphire eyes stared out at the tavern she was approaching. It was true, most humans didn't enjoy the sun of the desert, though honestly, Kaja hated it far more, but she was out here on a job. Or was out here on a job. She had removed her target early, mostly due to him being the early riser. Moving along, her elegant white boots sifted over the sandy pathway, the soles of her boots giving her a good two inches to her short five foot three inch form. Elegant fabric moved along the white boots as they went to her knee only to have white ribbons holding them together as they dangled against the back of her shins. Her body was covered in a short little white dress that wrapped around her bossum and hugged her hips tenderly. The skirt of the dress stopped just after her butt cheeks as frills lined around the edge, dangling over her pale thighs.
Short auburn locks dangled around her milk white face, cut to rest barely below her chin while her bangs rested above her thing brown eyebrows. Around her neck was a leather neck guard that was strapped tight to her skin while her arms and shoulders were quite bare other then the white bracers around her wrists. Licking her rosy lips, Kaja's left hand dropped to rest upon the hilt of her katana that rested upon her left hip. The white cloak swished around her form as she moved forward, each step causing the bottom of her cloak to flutter in the wind. She had noticed Lila and the man within the alleyway, it wasn't hard to see after all. Her nose twitched idly, causing the mole above her lip, to move with it. "People so lack style in killing," she sighed heavily, almost sounding depressed at the fact, "Not to mention they are not very covert about it." Kaja found this scene more of a disgrace then anything else as she began to move towards the scene and stared up at Lila who was back upon the rooftop.
"You are truly sloppy, ain't you?" she started the conversation with as her left hand wrapped around the hilt of her katana, just for in case reasons. "Leaving the body in the alleyway is quite cliche for one and quite open for two. Honestly, didn't they teach you anything in soul stealing school about how to do it properly?" she practically insulted. 'Course, Kaja saw the act Lila had just committed as an insult to any proper murderer or assassin, or her in her case, ninja. It was quite depressing to say the least, after all, the person she killed is out in the desert, probably covered in sand already and would never be found. Lila's kill was laying face up in the alleyway, waiting for someone just to stumble over him and someone would most certainly would.

The desert sand seemed to shift a little with the slight breeze. Grey eyes flashed downward, noticing the white dress and short girl. It was a bit odd to notice that someone would actually talk to her but then she noticed that she was a necromancer. She would have glared at her but then found it odd that she would be talking to her like that. Like she killed for a living. Lila tilted her head ever so slightly, but didn't seem mad by the insults made toward her. Personally, it seemed better when she never seemed to interact with the ones that were bound to piss her off."I had no reason to actually want to cover his body. Maybe I just like to see the humans sad when they discover that their loved one is dead." This girl was quite boring, so Lila continued to watch the sky, noticing that the sun was already pleasantly located in the sky. And so the day begins. [/blockquote]

Listening to the soul stealer's reply, Kaja rolled her eyes and shook her head. 'True reply of a novice,' Kaja told herself as she continued moving towards the establishment. "Welp, when ye find yerself bein' burnt alive fur yer stupidity, don' come cryin' to meh," she stated bluntly to the girl upon the rooftop. There was no point in caring what the girl did from that point on, hell, Pawz would probably gladly give the girl up just for her stupid antics. The thought did cross her mind as she pushed into the building, looking to get something to drink. No longer having a job to complete, she was free to do whatever she want as she noticed her friend Duke, a wonderful little werewolf, arguing with one of the other patrons about something. Pawz wasn't quite sure what it was about, something she thought to be unimportant, but something Duke just had to argue about. From what she could hear, he didn't know what he was actually talking about in the first place. This meant he was arguing for arguing sake, luckily the patron he was arguing with was beyond drunk.
Chuckling to herself, she walked up to Duke and wrapped her arms around his neck as she came to rest her head down next to his head. "Ye betteh not be causin' a mess with yer crap, Deuk," she teased him as she idly kissed her cheek. Duke simply gave a laugh as he responded, "Only messing with the drunk, Pawz." Standing up, she patted his back before she moved towards the bar counter and ordered herself something to drink as she came to sit upon the stool, Duke soon following, "Already done with your wonderful job? Wow, you are quick," he noted aloud as Pawz gave him a sideline grin and a wink.

Now the day just seemed to be a waste, having a shrimp tell you that she could di it better. Lila didn't care what she said, it just seemed to stick some. She took a deep breath and sat up from the rooftop. She swung her long sword as she jumped into the ally way with the dead man. She looked at it with dull in her grey eyes as she swung her sword in the sand. It brought some of it up, and layering the dead body with a light covering. That was best she was going to do, so she turned and walked out of the ally way and into the bar. She saw the necromancer talking to a guy, and only about a hand full of people, one of which seemed to anger and glaring at the guy. Lila minded her own buisness and walked straight to the bar. To her left was a free seat while there just happened to be a rather old man who seemed to have a few too many drinks. Lila ignored his slurred speech and ordered a water for herself.

Yue walked in to the tavern with a small sigh. She felt like panting but knew that that would both look very odd and not help a all in her human form. It was a little warmer here than she had been used to and she pitied Torin who was unable to shed his fur for a human skin. Her short dress was cool even with the fir that lines it. Really the garment wasn't functional just something to cover up with when she walked around looking human
Why they were there was simple, boredom. She had needed a change of scene. This place was most defiently new. New sights, new smells, new climate, new terrain. It was exciting in a way not to know what to expect. The black haired girl had almost wanted to take her thin boots off and feel the loose sand shift thought her toes, or paws.
The only thing that kept her from shifting in to wolf form to experience the sensations more fully was the thought of how hot it would be to have fur. Though Torin kept reminding her that since he was stuck having to deal with the heat it was only fair if she did.
Obviously she hadn't done as he wished and now was walking over to a free seat over by a corner. She wanted to watch the people and see what they were like.
The grey wolf flopped on to the floor by her feet and half closed his eyes, still panting. She rested her scythe against the wall with in easy reach but not to close. After that she happily ordered some water seeing as she actually had money to spend.
Once she had her drink Yue settle down to watch the people with Torins fur brushing the skin above her boots.

Looking back towards the entrance, Pawz saw Lila entering and simply rolled her eyes. Whatever she had just got done doing, Pawz knew was half assed. It was people like this soul stealer that gave the real murderers a bad name. Uncaring about the law and the repercussions that would fall back on them. A dark grin began to spread over her lips as she nudged Duke a little bit, "Do ya know if any guards are in today?" she questioned him. He perked a brow at her, curious to know what she was thinking as he simply stared at her for a few moments. Duke was a fair looking man with an aged beauty to him as his short brown hair rested in a soft mess. A light beard covered his strong chin while emerald eyes stared quizzically at Pawz. "W'at are you planning, luv?" he questioned Pawz while he only got a dark grin in reply. Rolling his eyes he gave a gentle laugh, "Well, best not get me involved darling," he responded, his voice deep and rather seductive in nature. Though if anyone listened carefully, they would know he was more of an animal then the wolf that had entered with the girl.
Smelling her, Duke's eyes turned to stare at her and the wolf as he gave an instinctive growl towards them. He could tell what they were, a true mockery of werewolves, even if he was one himself. Perhaps it was the territorial thing coming into play, after all, Duke was here first. Pawz shook her head at Duke and shoved his shoulder, breaking his attention from the shape shifter and wolf as he looked at her. However, before Pawz could say much, the man Duke had been arguing with smashed a glass over Duke's head. A surprised scream ripped from Pawz's lips as she jumped back. Duke on the other hand gave a dark growl as he tilted his neck to the left, letting it crack as he turned to face the man. Staring at him, the man threw a punch that Duke quickly caught in his right hand, using his left, he smashed it against the man's attacking elbow. Bone cracked and tore through the man's skin as it stuck out on the backside. Without hesitation, Duke shoved his right hand forward and thus shoved the very broken bone of the man into his very skull.
Releasing the hand, the body fell backwards with a sickening thump as Duke stood over the body with a dark growl still rumbling through his throat. Anyone around could see he felt victorious in this defeat of the drunken fool as he rose his attention to the rest of the bar, staring at them as if daring someone to test him. Pawz just gave a laugh as she shook her head, "He'll have 'nother bottel of ale."

Torin bristled and growled back at the werewolf and Yue pushed him back down with a foot. They were there to relax not to get in to a fight.
He settled back down reluctantly with a small huff. Yue kept her foot lightly on his back as she took another drink of water. One eye she kept on the werewolf. He had growled at them after all.
For what happened next there could only be on explanation. She had missed something. Something had to have happened before they came in that made the man attack the werewolf, drunken or not.
Her foot remained on Torin, keeping him firmly in place. Her head tilted to the side as she wondered if that had been completely necessary. Wouldn't there have been a perfectly suitable way to attack back with out killing? She loved a fight as much as the next person but random killing not so much. If there was purpose or something then sure. But the drunk could have easily been stopped with out the death, not to mention the way he had been killed was overly barbaric.
Torin growled again under her boot. He didn't like it either. She tapped him lightly and he stopped though was still tense. Yue examined the people around wondering what would happen next. Her glass was set down to free her hands in case she needed reach her weapon quickly.
