Name: Elysia Tondra (or you can call her Elly or Tonnie, depending on what limbs you would like to loose first). She abandonned her real name when she became an apprentice under her master.
Age: 6,045, but she doesn't like to think about it.
Gender: Female
Race: Was human at some point, but has since become a powerful sorceress.
Hails From: Her village rotted away long ago.
Ranking: Maji of Lightning
Weapons: She carries small knife with her former master's family insignia on the sheath (a sun with three lightning bolts through it). It was a gift when she reached the rank of Master a couple thousand years ago...
Abilities: Well versed in the art of magic, Elysia prefers to use her lightning based powers instead to zap the crap out of any who annoy her. She's become so good that she can stop and start a person's heart with a single touch, becoming a living breathing human defibulator. Elly also likes to use static to shock people and frizz their hair; they don't like as much for some reason...
Companions: Much to her surprise, Menelaus and Elysee like to hang around her.
Occupation: Lightning Maji; unfortunately she hasn't found anyone brave enough to suffer training under her.
Appearance: Tall for a female, Elly stands at almost 5'11" with long blonde hair and electric blue eyes. She is decribed as an amazon by many, although her state of dress seem to undermine that statement most of the time (as manly as she tends to act, she likes to look feminine every once in a while). Those who aren't afraid to get zapped like to tell her she's pretty.
Personality: Elly has a sort of...abrasive personality. She's apathetic, rude, and generally very aloof, though she has her moments of kindness. She cares little for the oppinions of others and doesn't play well with people who are, well, stupid. Part of her harsh personality is due to a long life of proving herslf worthy of her title since being appointed Maji several thousand years ago, but the rest is just because she can. After all, when you're that powerful a sorceress, the rest of the world can pretty much shove it.
History: Elly started her life as a human in a tiny mountain village that no longer exists. Naturally athletic and smart, she was much beloved by the locals despite being quiet and aloof; that is until she accidentally electrocuted a boy who lived near her. Afraid that she had been possesed by a demon, Elly was thrown out of her village and wandered the countryside until she was picked up by one of the local lightning masters. Seeing the potential in her, he took her in and trained her until his death two thousand years later. His death left her bereft and she retreated into herself until being appointed as Maji a few centuries later.
Although there were those who believed her unworthy of the title, Elly went on to prove exactly why the Ancients had chosen her instead of a stuffy old man by perfroming great feats and creating new spells for her element. Now widely accpeted, she cares little for the praise paid her and continues her work, zapping anyone who crosses her. She's been looking for an apprentice to someday take her place, but for the life of her can't figure out why no one wants to.
