Roleplayer, female, and male of the month are based on nominations by the members. Nominations go on all month up to the last week of the month. The nomination threads are then closed, and polls are put in place for members to cast their votes. Polls last for a week and then new members of the month are put up in the side tables.
Members are to nominate fellow members to be members of the month. In each category, members can nominate up to two other members. They are not allowed to nominate themselves.
When nominating another member:
When considering who to nominate for a member of the month position, look at how the member has contribute to the site. Are they active? Do they follow the rules? How do they treat other members?
Nominations requirements:
Nominees for roleplayer of the month must be the members who play the characters. You can simply put down one of their character's names, or you can put down whatever name they go by.
Members cannot win both female and male of the month. If two of their characters win both male and female, that member will be asked which one they would want to claim. Whichever category they did not choice, the runner-up of that category will be the winner.
Nominees for female of the month must be female, and nominees for male of the month must be male.
Members who have one members of the month for the previous month are not allowed to be nominated. If they are nominated, they will not be put up for voting. After going for one month of not being a member of the month, previous winnings are allowed to be put up for nomination again.
If there are not enough nominations or not enough votes when the polls are put up, the staff will decide who will be the members of the month.

For the Roleplayer of the Month:
Images for roleplayer of the month can vary. The image can be of the roleplayer or of the roleplayer's character. The picture will be displayed in the fashion of the examples that are already in the side tables. The roleplayer's preferred picture will be rounded with the name of the roleplayer's choosing along the bottom. If the picture is too small, modifications will be made.
*Roleplayers will be asked what picture and name they want to see in the side table.
For Female and Male of the Month:
Images for these two categories will be the pictures of the characters who have one. The pictures will be displayed in the fashion of the examples that are already in the side tables. The character picture will be rounded with the character's name along the bottom. If the picture is too small, modifications will be made.
For No Picture:
If there is no picture available for any of the categories, a picture will be created to represent the spot along with the name of the winner along the bottom.
