Abortion is a very controversial little topic, but I believe it would be a good thing to talk about...since its all I could think of that I have an actual opinion on the matter. xD
I believe abortion is up to the woman, honestly. After all, its the woman that will have to push it out of her and no guy could ever relate to the pain...or so I'm told by those who've had children. But yeah, even if they guy wants to keep it, or even if it were mine, I believe it would still be the woman's choice, cause after all, a guy can make more little seeds on command while a girl only has a limited time offer to make children and if she doesn't want one now, then its her choice, no one else's.
So lets discuss this and keep it somewhat civil, like not taking things personally and blowing it out of proportions, this is suppose to be a healthy and FRIENDLY debate, so keep it that way.

Whoot first post.
But I personally and against abortion. It is killing a life inside of you, not letting it have a chance to live, grow, thrive. Like the chance you have been given. Yes I know some people are for it, and I have no hard feelings for you, it is your chose, but have you ever thought about what you would have had..
Okay if you don't want the baby, well having the child gives it a chance and if you still dont want he or she, but her up for adoption.. this will let the child do exactly what I said, live, thrive and grow...

I'm straddling the line.
I don't think that it should be completely banned, but I do think that it should only be an option under special circumstances.
By special circumstances I mean if either the mother or the child is in danger OR if conception occurred as a result of rape (be it consensual statutory rape OR forced).
I don't think that allowing people who were careless to essentially kill their mistake is wise. People should live up to their actions and take the consequences. Yes, as a woman, I do realize that this burden is ten times greater on a woman than it is a man, but that's just how life is. She knew when she chose to have sex that this was a risk. Protection or no protection, it is always a risk.
