Lucien smiled as he felt the sun on him. He had chosen a rather remote location to take Ayvajin to his realm, as he had promised her. He had first taken her back to where she was staying and left her there while he went to feed and she bathed and dressed. Coming back, he had flown them up here in a matter of moments, settling down in the sands just as the sun was beginning to set and the heat was disappearing.
It was not yet cold here, rather a comfortable temperature that would soon change. Lucien held the necromancer close to him after explaining all that would be required of her and it was to only answer to him and if anyone asked, she belonged to him and only him. He also warned her that the young ones would be curious. Harmless, but undoubtedly curious.
He tucked a strand of hair behind her ear as he held her close to him, a strange sensation overtaking them as he moved them between planes and into his Realm. It wold be a vastly different sensation for the necromancer, one that would probably leave her dizzy for a few moments. He had put them in relative seclusion, so she could get used to what it was she was dealing with.
His realm was similar to that of the dream realm, except there was nothing solid. Everything seemed to be swirling in a perpetual mist that blocked from seeing one's feet and the ground they stood on. Lucien showed Ayvajin how to shape the mist to suit her, into whatever she needed that could be made solid. He knew that some of his older advisors would come to him, to see who he had brought with him.
The first to greet him was Karl, an older Incubi who preferred taking on the form of an older gentleman who was rather well off in life. Karl raised an eyebrow, as if to ask the king why Ayvajin was here before he shook his head, knowing exactly what was on Lucien's mind. Karl had been Lucien's second teacher and most trusted friend among the Incubi. He had no ambition to become king, and was rather content to work behind the scenes and help Lucien.
Chuckling, Lucien turned back to Ayvajin. "This place is not a place that you can roam freely. You must stay with either Karl or myself so you do not become lost and end up in a realm that you should not, nor do I have to come looking for you among the lost," he warned her gently as he took her hand, lacing his fingers through hers as they began walking.
Karl took up position on Lucien's other side, calmly explaining the latest matters that needed the king's attention and they were soon upon the Court. At the moment, the only ones present were the Council and the King and Ayvajin. Not a word was spoken about her presence, all those present understood what was happening. It was not forbidden from bringing outsiders here, but only those with the utmost curiosity ever came.
Lucien formed a seat for Ayvajin to sit on while he took his seat upon the throne. "This is another day in the life of a King," he said without humor. "And I can assure you that it is rather tedious and boring."
Waving forth a hand, there was soon all matter of Incubi present, ranging from the youngest ones who seemed to be just learning to walk, to the oldest ones that had a scant few years left on their lives. Soon the area was filled with chatter and laughter, Lucien's eyes warming up as he watched his people mingle with the coming dawn of an area. His eyes moved over to Ayvajin, watching how she was taking it all in.
They were not seated on a dais, rather Lucien had his throne and seating towards the end of what looked like a rather long hall or a large room, the only thing deciding where he was to sit was his mood. It was not long before some of the younger Incubi made their way around, stumbling before falling at the necromancer's feet, looking up at her with wide eyes and rather cute grins on their faces. They looked like small children, their bodies not yet formed but would grow rapidly soon in the coming years.
They seemed to have dozens of questions, all of them spilling out at once for the necromancer as Lucien watched them with a smile on his lips.

Ayvajin’s eyes were full of curiosity. They had been every since they had reached this realm. This world was quite different than Yviex. There were so many different sights to be seen, not to mention how all of the faces were of strangers, well, at least strangers of the necromancer. Lucien knew who these incubi were. This was his court, of course. It was something to expect.
The necromancer’s eyes drifted around the room. She was very intrigued by all of the different faces of the incubi. Lucien had really been the only incubus that she had ever spent time with. To see so many incubi at one time with only really being exposed to one was almost an unnerving experience. Ayvajin kept a rather calm demeanor, though. She had wanted to come with Lucien to this world, so she was going to enjoy it as much as possible.
As the younger incubi came up to her, Ayvajin could not help but to give a laugh. Young ones of any race were always too cute. Even troll children were cute to the necromancer. Of course, they were probably not nearly as cute as the incubi children, but the incubi were created to appear as flawless and irresistible as possible.
The necromancer curled up in her chair, tucking her legs underneath her in a more comfortable position. She started to engage the little ones, answering their questions to the best of her abilities.

Lucien smiled as some of the younger ones crawled onto his lap, clamoring to tell him all about what they had done that day or that week or whatever came to their minds. He smiled and laughed with them, telling them his own stories as well and answering whatever questions they may have.
The Incubi were not as fearsome as most were led to believe, rather they enjoyed playing and talking with one another and very rarely was Lucien addressed as "King" while here, they all preferred to be on equal terms unless there were disputes, then his title came into effect.
Soon the children grew more interested in some of the other tricks that other children were doing and they took off, their wings fluttering and shooting them at quick speeds as they tumbled into each other and over each other, learning how to fly, walk and shift, with hilarious and adorable results.
"Are you enjoying yourself, necromancer?" he asked as he turned to her, fixing her with a slight smile and a steady gaze.

“I am,” Ayvajin said with a smile and a nod as she turned to address Lucien. She really was enjoying herself, though. She found all of this interesting. The necromancer really did find the court of the incubi to be very fascinating. She had been in some of the royal courts of Yviex over the years, and this court was easily not like any of the ones she had been to before.
Ayvajin’s smile widened a bit as she gently took the incubus’s hand into hers. She was really happy that Lucien had finally decided to take her to his court and see what he did while they were separated.
“Thank you for this.”

"You are welcome," he said with a smile as he squeezed her hand before tugging her over to sit on his lap. It was one of the few possessive gestures that Lucien ever did and Karl shook his head in quiet amusement before leaning down to whisper in Lucien's ear.
The King grinned and shook his head, shoulders shaking with silent laughter at whatever it was Karl had told him. Leaning back and switching into the tongue of the Incubi, he responded in kind to Karl, sending the portly Incubi into a round of laughter. It was obvious it was just male ribbing and teasing each other, something that was common here.
"I can also tell you that it is much better here than in the court of the succubi. We don't waste time with catty insults, often," he said with traces of laughter in his voice.

The necromancer wrapped one of her arms around Lucien’s neck, enjoying how he felt against her. She listened to the two conversing, realizing there was plenty about the world in which Lucien lived that she did not know. Ayvajin wanted to learn as much as she could about the incubi, though, especially if she was to be with the king of the incubi.
“Well, I know it would not be any fun in the court of the succubi, mainly because their queen hates me,” the necromancer said, somewhat amused. “I would have some problems if I was among her and her people.”
She wrapped a lock of Lucien’s hair around her finger as she watched him. “You know, you need to teach me more about your world. I would be very interested in learning whatever you have to teach me.”

Lucien chuckled and shook his head, Karl ending up in a full out belly shaking laugh. "Fixatia hates any woman that I take interest in, whether it be for a night or for a while. It is her nature, she is a selfish and spoiled child, used to getting her way. However, I believe I have finally dissuaded her once and for all," he said as he kissed Ayvajin's forehead.
"If you wish to learn more, then go talk to the others and learn from them. I can only teach you what I know. We are all different beings, and have different experiences, from being hatchlings to being as old as Karl," he said, taking a jab at his friend.

Ayvajin was rather hesitant on the thought of going around and talking to the other incubi. Talking to Lucien was easy. She was very comfortable with talking to him and being around him. She had a bit of apprehension about talking to the others, though.
“I think I will stick to just learning from you for now,” the necromancer said, her eyes focusing on Lucien. “Baby steps, dear Lucien. We cannot rush learning.”
She smiled a bit more before moving over and kissing his cheek and then his lips. Her kisses were very gentle and tender. She was rather happy to be with the incubus.

Lucien chuckled, kissing her back once before sitting back. "Then what would you like to know?" he asked her as one hand began smoothing up and down her back, his eyes watching some of the other Incubi play around, making sure that no one was to get hurt or to stop a fight before it even began.
His eyes glanced back to the necromancer on his lap now and again, and it showed that he was happy with the way things were, and that he would like to keep them as such. All the Incubi present were happy with how things were, and the more that were coming in were welcomed with jokes and calls from others who had been there, and a few of the younger ones that had not left the plane yet were tripping over themselves to rush at the ones that were just arriving, clamoring for stories and such.

“Anything and everything, Lucien,” the necromancer said with a laugh. “Whatever you have to share, I would love to know. If I could learn everything about you, I would, you know.”
Ayvajin smiled a bit, relaxing against the incubus. She was rather content to just sit there and enjoy his touch and his presence. She knew that if she had the option, she would choose to stay with Lucien forever. She needed no other man.
Her eyes closed a bit as she rested her head upon his shoulder. She chewed her lip for a moment. “When do you think we could have our own children, Lucien?” she asked gently into his ear for only him to hear.

Lucien arched an eyebrow as he looked at her, fingers running along her spine as he thought about it. He was old enough that he did not rush into things without thinking, rather he took his time with them but also had no adverse reactions.
"That depends on your wants, Ayvajin," he said softly, "As well as your powers and how much you are willing to give up to be with them. I cannot reside in your realm all the time, like you cannot reside in mine all the time. And it would be dependent upon who the children took after as to what they learned from us."
He spoke without anger or scorn, merely speaking his thoughts aloud so the necromancer would understand what it was he was thinking about when he made his decisions. "So it would probably be wise to wait a while longer before we did have any children," he said as he kissed her forehead.

Ayvajin nodded her head slightly. “Alright,” she said gently before giving a slight smile. She ran her fingers through Lucien’s hair before kissing his lips once more. She was quite content with the incubus’s answer. She had just been curious.
“I was just asking,” she told him gently, resting her head back upon his shoulder. “You seem to really enjoy spending time with children, and you handle them so well. I could only assume that you would be interested in having some of your own sometime. So, I thought addressing your inner thoughts was needed.”
The necromancer sent to the incubus another smile. She had her own thoughts about having children, but she had figured it would have to wait.

"Sometime, yes," he said with a chuckle as his hand wandered up and down her back in a soothing motion. "But not right now. I will give you sometime to think and decide if it is what you really, truly want. And to go to the Sanctuary," he added, kissing her forehead.
"Once those things have been done, then we can talk more about it," he said with a smile at her. "And we can talk in private. This is not the best place to speak of such matters," the King of the Incubi said with a deep masculine chuckle.

Ayvajin smiled and nodded her head slightly. “I was just bringing it up,” she said with a slight laugh. “Just so you know the thoughts that have gone through my head, dear Lucien.”
The necromancer relaxed once more against the incubus, her eyes drifting back over the room to what the other incubi. She allowed her thoughts to wander off on other tangents. There was a lot for her to think about, and there was simply a lot that she did think about when she was around Lucien.
“I was not planning on children until some other little events occurred,” she said, sending a slight smile up to Lucien and deciding to not elaborate.

"Then those are good thoughts to know," he said with a dry laugh as he sat back in his chair, watching the goings on around him as well as the comings and goings of the Incubi. Night was settling in another part of the world, and there was always a constant flux of then Incubi. Rarely were they all here at the same time but they all knew each other, and well.
Lucien reached his hand up to run through the necromancer's hair, letting his fingers trail down her skin as he let her watch the other incubi roam.

“Where do you stay in this realm, Lucien?” the necromancer asked as she looked to the incubus once more. “Do you even really sleep? Perhaps, I should have asked you that question a while ago.”
Ayvajin ran a hand through her hair. She really did not know a whole lot about the incubi. Which could start to be a problem, but the necromancer was wanting to learn all that she could about Lucien’s world.
“Please, explain to me how your world really works,” she said. “It is much different than Yviex. So, please explain. I am really curious.”

Lucien took a breath and paused, wondering where to start explaining to the necromancer how things worked in his realm. It was a different area, that was certain and it was nothing like the world of Yviex. "No, we do not sleep, at least not often. We do not have rooms, per say, we merely create areas if we want some privacy," he said, showing her a small model in his hand that he formed from the ever present mist.
"We exist as if frozen in time, a place between planes. Much of what we have here is vastly different, we are rather simple creatures really when it comes to our terms of existence. We are rather open with each other, and often times our thoughts mingle with one another, our general emotions that is, and we exist harmoniously for the most part," he said by way of an explanation.

“Alright,” Ayvajin said with a slight nod of her head. “I was just curious really. I still really do not know that much about your world, but I am trying to learn, you know. I feel as though I should know since I am with you.”
The necromancer cuddled in against the incubus, finding herself becoming slightly tired. She let out a content sigh before adding in a soft voice, “Not to mention, if I ever have a son for you and he takes after you, I would like to know where he might be spending a good portion of his time.”

Lucien chuckled as he kissed her temple, his hands sliding down to wrap around her waist and play with light touches there. "Well, he would also be spending a good portion of time with his mother, since none of them will be fully blooded," he said against her ear, lips playing over the shell.
"And you can come here when you wish, although you will have to come with me," he chuckled as he cradled her against him. "Although it is probably time for you to go back to your realm since being here can drain your energy. Shall we go, my little necromancer?" he asked with a smile.

“We shall go,” Ayvajin said with a slight nod. She gave a bit of a smile as she wrapped her arms tightly around him. “I want you to stay a while with me, though, once we are back in Yviex. We do not even have to do anything. We can just lay in bed and relax.”
The necromancer let out a slow breath. She had really enjoyed the time she had with Lucien today. She felt enlightened to really know where the incubus went when he went off to his world.
Ayvajin continued to hold onto Lucien, preparing for when they would go back to her world.
