...Forgive her for she knows not what she does. Night had fallen over the magic capital of Temarra. Most people of Temarra had already gone home, but some stayed out for the nightlife. Not much happened at night in the magic city. There were always the bar goers, though. The ones who were looking for a good time and cheap alcohol.
All were having a good time in the Liquid Fire tavern. Well, almost everyone in the bar. There was one lone figure who sat in the corner.
Fixatia sat alone in her own little corner of the tavern, crying. Her sobs were very soft and barely audible. Was she upset? Saddened by someone? She was upset, but for reasons beyond what any human could comprehend. But this crying, the crying that she did alone in the tavern was all for show. She felt any true emotion it was hunger and a bit of anger. But her fury had died down a bit from earlier, and now she only wished to find someone’s dreams to feed off of.
The girl wiped away some stray tears from her cheek with a light pink handkerchief. She was dressed in a light pink dress with the top made like a corset which died in the back with white ribbons. Her skirts fell to just above her knees. There were white stockings upon her legs. She had a white shawl draped over her upper body. Her hair was done up in white ribbons and feathers.
Fixatia tended to look rather lost and innocent when she was trying to find a man to feed off of. Most men were quick to help her out simply because she always seemed naïve. Not to mention her ability to charm men was quite strong, and most found her simply irresistible. So, the succubus was waiting in the bar for some man to come up to her and fall prey to her like so many had in the past.

"So thirsty," Felshen Griped as he made his way through Temarra. He hated the Mainland, Despised it. Any time spent here he saw as a waste of time. But sadly he had to find his way to Feratu castle, why he was going there he couldn't remotely understand.
The streets were far from empty at this time of the day, People still bustled about, closing up shops and moving from stand to stand looking to get their last minute purchases in. Felshen was just looking for a place to get a cool Drink.
He made his way over to one of the nearest shop keepers.
"Excuse me sir!," Felshen hailed while approaching, "Could you point me in the direction of a Tavern or anyplace I could find myself a cool drink?"
"I reckon, I could," The human said, he pointed down the street Felshen was walking, "a good place might be the Fire Liquid tavern!"
"Fire Liquid? Do they have cool liquid? That's what I need right now, I've been walking for what seems like hours without a cool glass of Ale," Felshen countered
"Of course they do lad, It be just a name!"
"Very well then," Felshen Replied with a smile, and took off in the direction of the tavern.
"Fire liquid, Fire liquid, hmmmmm... Ah Fire Liquid! This must be the place!" He said aloud as he approached a handsome building. He pushed the door open and looked about the room, noticing many a patron.
"Ah, this place looks to be a good spot,"
He made his way through the tables and went directly up to the bar, where he took a seat at a bench.
"How can I help ye?" The bar tender asked him.
"I could use anything that's cool. As long as it wets my throat and quenches a thirst I'll be happy, Ale, Wine, hell, even water! In a clean glass of course, but by the looks of this astablisment I have little to fear about that! Nice place you have here,"
"Thank you sir, your drink will be coming right up!"
Felshen cast the bartender a smile and cast a glance about the room. The usual patron, a couple drunks, a couple couples, a loner here and there.... and what is this? A crying woman. Not uncommon but still some thing that just breaks the heart.
He paid the bartender and took a drink not trying to stair at the attractive woman crying near the wall.

...When I see you cry, it makes me smile. Fixatia continued to cry by herself, making herself still look like the innocent, comfort needing girl. She was use to putting on such performances. Many men bought into it without a second thought. Many men were also very naïve, and she fed upon their dreams without them truly understand what had taken place.
Fixatia wasn’t the queen of the succubi for nothing. She was the best succubus in the realm for a reason. She was able to charm and lure some of the strongest men to her. Just a glance over in the succubus’s direction could draw in anyone.
The queen’s charm was working upon the tavern already. Her sheer presence made men turn and stare. None of them had approached her, yet, but she was alright with this. It gave her time to weed out the ones she really wanted to prey upon.

"Damn, I hate those jobs," Kellen said and held up a new bow and arrows. These had runes carved into them so they flew straighter, faster, and longer. Kellen sighed and put the bow into the new quiver on his back and started walking down the street. “I hate those jobs," Kellen said and thought back to the kid he had to steal for the bow. Right now, all Kellen wanted to do was get a drink and drink his miseries away for the night. Kellen looked up at the Traven and saw it was fire liquid and Kellen gave a weak grin at that." well, I hope they have something hot," Kellen thought and walked in. He took a quick look around and his gaze fell on a young woman in the corner, but he only shrugged and thought," we all have problems kid," and walked to the counter, depressed again. “One of the strongest things you got," Kellen said and sat down at the counter, not far from a forest elf. Kellen gave him a quizzing look but shrugged it off, not caring.
“you OK sonny?" the bartender asked as he returned with Kellen's drink and Kellen tossed him a gold piece.
" I'll be OK," Kellen said and took a great swing of the stuff and put the cup down again, his gave returning to the crying woman in the corner." what am I doing," Kellen said and thoughts and lust started to rise, and he shook his head to clear them. "she isn't human, and right now, I couldn't care," Kellen said and drained the rest." bar tender, another," Kellen said and placed a small bag of gold on the counter." let it Begin," Kellen thought and started on his next drink.

"A smirk danced across Felshens lips," At the Angelic who sat next to him. So it appeared he favored the crying woman in the corner with the large eyes. That was fine with him, the last thing he needed was some teary eyed wench sopping over him.
He took another sip of his wine and turned away from the woman in the corner.
"Bartender, About how far from Feratu do you think I am at this point. I'm used to nautical distances. It's been a long time since I went anywhere on foot,"
As the bartender went into specifics about directions Felshen's mind wandered. To the woman in the corner, he hated seeing a woman in distress. But the fact of the matter was, that he decidedly did not need another problem in his life. He already had Azazealyn on the Heron and that was more than any man could ever hope for.
He finished off his glass and turned to the bartender, smiling widely Felshen thanked him for the direction and tossed him a gold mark as a tip.
Felshen stood up and walked over by the angelic half breed, and gave him a strong slap on the back, "She's all yours kid," And turned to walk from the bar.
He gave a passing glance at the woman at the table and tossed a coin at her, "Buy yourself a drink and stop loitering, it makes for bad business," Smirking he continued on his way out of the bar.

...I could learn to pity fools. The succubus’s eyes moved over to the newcomer. Yes, this one would be her prey for the night. Her eyes trailed over his movements as he went to the counter and ordered a drink from the bartender. His attitude was one that was easy to corrupt into lust.
A hidden smile crept over Fixatia’s lips. This one would be easier for her to trick into a good feeding. He was weaker than her. He was also very young and naïve, compared to the queen of the succubi who was over 13,000 years of age. Her charming presence thickened in the air.
She was rather focused on getting her prey, now. She did not even mind the wood elf’s comments to her and accepted the coin without a fuss. “Thank you, good sir,” she said, bottom lip quivering for effect.
Fixatia stood up from where she had been sitting and made her way over to the bar. She stood rather close to the half breed that had entered the tavern a few moments ago. Her seductive charm rose from her body like thick perfume. She was able to mask her identity with ease. No one in this bar could tell that she was really a succubus let alone the queen of the succubi.
“I’ll take whatever this will buy me,” she said softly to the bartender, placing the coin upon the counter. The bartender looked to Fixatia with sad eyes. He placed a glass mug of ale down in front of her.
“This one will be on the house,” he said to her with a kind smile.
Fixatia gave a sad smile and a nod of her head. “Thank you, sir,” she said before taking a sip from the mug.

“Who are you calling a kid," Kellen called to the wood elf, a little more than a tad drunk. He was on his fifth now and was too drunk to care. “bartender, another round," Kellen said and drained his glass. " arg," Kellen said and held his head to his hands, trying to get something out, and noticed that the young woman from the corner had come over here." well, what do you want?" Kellen grunted. Kellen was the mean type of drunk, and he was pissed at the world, though part of his was turned to lust at the site of her." from tears straight to the ale, you are a different type of woman aren't you," Kellen said as he drained another glass." bartender, another," Kellen shouted as he slammed the glass on the counter, accidental breaking it." oops, my bad," Kellen said as he pulled out another gold piece and shakily tossed it to the bartender.
The bartender gave Kellen a look and said," I think you had enough."
Kellen gave the bartender a look and said," just get me my drink," and the bartender went to get it. Kellen turned back to the lady and said," I didn't catch your name, but the rate I'm going, I'll probable forget it sooner or later," Kellen said and cast another glance and her with eyes of lust. he wasn't drunk enough to admit it yet, but in a couple drinks he would." so, what is a pretty lady like you doing here crying her eyes out," Kellen said and picked up the glass the bartender left him. Kellen picked it up and drained half of it and sighed and started fiddling with the glass.

...Always keep me under finger. Fixatia took another drink from her ale as she thought. It was obvious this one was quite drunk already. Half breeds couldn’t even hold their alcohol, what a pity. She was feeling quite desperate at the moment, apparently. Choosing to feed from a half breed’s lust. Where had her head gone?
It would be an easy feeding, though. He would not have the ability to fend her off even if he wanted to. The poor creature would probably not even remember her visit to him.
“You are the one to judge a person done on their luck,” she said quietly, her fingers gently tracing over her mug. Fixatia moved away from the counter a bit, afraid of getting beer upon her clothes. She would not be able to control her temper if that would occur.
“Hard times have befallen me. I have no money and on top of that no place to sleep now. The seemed to be a wonderful place the day before until the man I was to marry stole all of my money and skipped town. Now, I do not even have a place to lay my head.”

Kellen gave a look at the woman and chuckled." at least you have your sanity, your life, and you body to yourself. Other doesn’t even have that. Freedom to choose, freedom to live with out the chain. They don't have a choice," Kellen said darkly and remembered the kid he sold to have a new bow and arrows and quiver. " And your wits, no one can take that away," Kellen said and stopped drinking.
" Bartender, a water please," Kellen said and pushed the drink away. He felt rotten to his core now, for he had broken his own rule." never sell kids." He could break his folks rules and not feel a thing, but his rules, it took a long time before he felt all right. Kellen sighed and shaked his head to clear It." maybe I can help. There is a tavern not far from here and I have a room there. You can stay there, and not for any payment at all, just for if you can help me there," Kellen said and took the water from the bartender, draining it and chuckling." I think I will have one more sip," Kellen said, reaching for the drink again.

...Step aside. Fixatia smiled to herself, her fingers gliding over the mug of ale in front of her. “That is very kind of you,” she said softly. “But I insist that I pay you back for allowing me to stay with you. I will find some way to return the favor.”
The succubus took a drink from her ale. Her mind was already calculating what she would have to do to this half breed beside her. Perhaps, she would invade his dreams. Now that would be too easy. She could not help but want to be violent towards this one.

Kellen drained his glass and got up, somewhat wobbly, but better. His elven healing already fixing his drunken state and the hangover coming all ready. “OH, ow," Kellen said and slipped back into the seat, holding his head. Kellen only grinned and looked at the woman. “I never got your name sweetheart," Kellen said and sighed.
Kellen cast another glance. it would be so easy to lost himself in her, but he was not a rapist, a slaver yes, but not a rapist." you can repay me by taking this way from me before I lose my will power," Kellen said and pushed the beer away." arg, why is everything so painful to do," Kellen thought and rose from his chair." if you want a place to sleep, we leave now," Kellen said and walked to the door.

...The one with the snake tongue. The succubus got up from where she sat at the bar, watching the half breed have some trouble with his alcohol intake. Some people could just not handle their beer. What a pity. Fixatia had always been able to handle her alcohol, but she tended not to drink too much anymore.
“My name is Fixatia,” she said, her voice low as her eyes watched him carefully. She would follow this one to the inn and completely decide her course of action after they were in the room.
The queen started to follow after him.

"Fixatia, interesting," Kellen said as he entered the street. The inn was only a couple blocks away, so there was no rush." Holy crap, please tell me I remembered to clean the place," Kellen thought. The kid was misbehaving, and some blood got on the carpet." not the best way to impress the ladies," Kellen thought and chuckled. His eyes got wide as he remembered that he forgot to look up his loot." forget about it for now, you don't want to give any info away to little miss cooperative. Speaking of which," Kellen thought and asked," so, where do you come from? The north?" Kellen guessed.
" The inn should be around here," Kellen said as he crossed the street." ahh, here it is," Kellen said and entered the inn. He did a quick 360 of the area inside and relaxed a little seeing there was no one he knew in there. "I got a room on the top floor," Kellen said over his shoulder and started climbing the stairs.
