"She has always been as she is now," he said as he waved a hand. "Now stop talking about her before she decides to make an appearance. My temper is already short with any mention of her and this continuance continually gnaws at it," he said, making his feelings of Fixatia more than clear.
"So, my little necromancer, tell me what you have been up to lately?" he said as he turned back to her to give her his undivided attention. "Certainly you have stories to share about your travels in the world or am I the only one with entertaining stories?"

Ayvajin gave a slight shrug as she looked to the incubus. “My travels are never too interesting, I suppose. I deal mostly with the dead, Lucien, let us not forget.” The necromancer gave a slight laugh. “Most tend not to care to hear anything I might have to say about my travels for that reason. I have found that most do not enjoying talking about dying, death, or what happens to your body afterwards. I tend to scare people away because of this.”
She gave a small smile, looking out toward the ocean once more. All she said was true. Most tended not to talk too long to Ayvajin unless she had helped them out with an exorcism or something of the like.

"Hopefully your travels are more interesting than that. You passed through no towns? Saw nothing strange that did not perk your interest? My dear necromancer, you must learn to live a little bit," he teased gently as he lay down, folding his hands behind his head.
He blew out a sigh as he let his mind wander, thinking of all the things he had done over the years, trying to sift through for a story if the necromancer pressed him. He wanted her to open up and tell him about herself, her likes, dislikes, whatever came to mind without his prying.
While he liked the necromancer, he still was an Incubi first and foremost and he couldn't help his nature. It was a matter of practicality for him, he saw things on a different scale than she did.

The necromancer thought for a long moment, feeling a bit pressured. She was unsure of what to tell Lucien, and she feared that he would get rather bored of her. Ayvajin quickly tried to think of some of the more exciting times of her life. Some of the more exciting battles and the like.
“Well… I…” She paused once more as she thought. “What type of stories would you be interested in, Lucien?” Her eyes shifted over his facial features. “What would entertain a king such as yourself?” An eyebrow raised.
Ayvajin knew he wanted to know more about her, but it had always been a struggle for her to tell people about herself. She never knew what they were looking to know.

"Whatever crosses your mind. It will certainly be different from my normal thoughts," he said with a shrug as he turned his head to look at her. "And don't fret about me becoming bored. You hardly ever bore me, necromancer. Almost anything is more interesting than the dull life I have," he said with a smile.
He pushed himself up to lean back on his arms, gaze flicking out to the ocean in front of them. "You can always start with simple things too, such as your favorite animal or flower or some such thing as that, no matter how trivial you may think it is."

She thought for another moment before speaking again. “I brought a dragon’s skeleton out of the ground once,” she said. It was quite the random fact, but it was one of those memories that stuck in her head more than most of the others.
“It was probably one of my greater feats.” Ayvajin gave a smile at the thought. “He was a big brute. Completely destroyed the ground when he came up from the dirt. It was definitely a surprise to me, my teacher, and the one gang of thieves who were going after us.” The necromancer gave a slight laugh.

Lucien chuckled, enjoying the sound of the necromancer's voice as he sat there and listened to her. "That certainly must have been interesting to see. I suppose I shall have to find another necromancer to do it for me," he teased her.
"Perhaps she will not fight me when I invade her dreams as you did," he continued, a teasing tone still in his voice and a light smile on his lips to show he rather enjoyed her. "But then again, that would be pretty boring. A one trick pony, as you may say," he said with a dismissive shrug.

Ayvajin shook her head, smiling a bit. “If you wanted that type of necromancer, you would not have gone after me in the first place,” she told him before leaning over and kissing the incubus’s lips. “And you know I am right.”
The necromancer moved away from Lucien and laid back in the sand, her eyes dancing with amusement as she looked over at him. “Anyways, I could still easily raise another dragon. I just do not think it is necessary at the moment. If I did raise it, it would be to impress you, but I think I have already done that.”

Lucien chuckled, the sound rumbling out of his body and through his lips as he watched her. "Of course you could, I never doubted you. It was in jest, little necromancer," he said with a smile.
"Now, do you want a story from me, or are you just content to lay here?" he asked as he observed her form, happy to be with her even though they were a most unlikely pair. He was content with her, not matter what others may think or wish for him. He was king and allowed to follow his own whims, like it or not.

“I would be content to just lay here if you were a bit closer, dearest Lucien,” she said with a smile. “I feel rather alone with you so far away.” In reality, the incubus was not too far from the necromancer. She did want him to sit closer to her.
“You can tell me stories if you would like, but I want you to sit closer to me. So, if you would, please scoot on over here.”
A playful smile slipped over her lips as her eyes continued to watch the king of the incubi with admiration in them.

Lucien chuckled as he moved over to sit next to her, still not quite touching her with a teasing smile on her lips. "Now, now. If you want something, you must tell me exactly what you want or I will take it however I please," he said a smile flirting about his lips.
His dark eyes watched her form, a slight breeze picking up and tossing his hair about as the waves crashed on the beach. They were still alone on the beach, no other souls around for the time being. "I shall see what stories I can come up with for you."

“You take my words however you want to already,” the necromancer said with a smile. She sat up a bit, propping herself up on one of her arms. Her other arm reached out, and her hand wrapped around the back of Lucien’s neck. She pulled him down to her, kissing his lips gently.
“If you cannot come up with a story, that is quite fine,” she said softly. “I just want to feel you up against me. I enjoy your stories, but I do not have to hear one to be entertained by you. Your sheer presence makes me happy and that is all I could ask for, my Lucien.”

Lucien chuckled as he let her pull him down into a kiss, arms coming up to cradle her against his body. "Then we can lay here until you decide that you are bored with the silence," he said as he drew her in close to him, wrapping his arms around her so she was resting against his body. He was not going to push her any farther, instead letting her call the shots as to what she wanted.
He lay back down, putting one arm behind his head to cradle it so his head wasn't resting on the ground.

“I do not think I could be bored of the silence,” she said softly, smiling up to the incubus. The necromancer leaned over, kissing Lucien’s lips once more. He just made her happy really, and she was trying to understand why. She hoped that it was not a trick of his incubus charm that he had so much of. No, she did not think it dealt with charm. Perhaps, she was starting to have true emotions for the king.
“You are quite entertaining as it would be. I do not think I could get bored of being around you period. You are just… I am not even sure how to explain it.”

Lucien chuckled as he lay a finger over her lips, before leaning over her and removing his finger, giving her a tender kiss. "Then hush if you're so content with the silence," he said with a chuckle before moving back and laying down.
He kept one arm securely around the necromancer as night slowly fell, letting her do as she wanted to. He was relaxed and didn't care if she wanted to go for a walk, he'd follow. Lucien was quite content spending time with the necromancer, even if it wasn't what Incubi were originally intended for.

Tender touches and tender kisses. Lucien was very intimate with Ayvajin, and she had no room to complain about this. She smiled now at the thought of how gentle he was with her, of how caring he really was to her.
Ayvajin slipped her arm up around the incubus’s neck, pulling him close once more. She let out a soft giggle, kissing his lips again. She seemed to be unable to stop herself from wanting to kiss him.
“I think you are tempting me, somehow,” she said softly, looking to Lucien’s eyes. “I have never kissed someone like I have kissed you. Why do you think that is?”

Lucien shrugged at that, sending her a soft smile. "Let's get you inside since the sun is down," he suggested with a smile. "And I'm not tempting you as far as can be helped," he said as he placed another kiss on her lips.
Standing and stretching, he held a hand out to help her up so they could walk back to the Inn where she was staying. It was true that Lucien cared for the necromancer, but only he really knew how far that did or did not go. He was a hard person to read and preferred to keep it that way.

Ayvajin took Lucien’s hand and stood up. She shook her head slightly with a slow smile. “You like to play around with your words,” she said softly. “Have you ever told me a direct thought or opinion of yours? Have you ever told me anything that his directly dealing with yourself that was not a play on words?”
The necromancer picked up her basket and slipped her arm around Lucien’s. “I think you are truly tempting me,” she said. “Even if you play it off like you are not. You are apparently do something to cause all of this… this emotion from me.”

"We cannot cause emotions outside of lust, necromancer. So anything else you feel is on your part," he said as he kissed her forehead before they began walking again, heading down the beach to the Inn. "So, little necromancer, you are welcome to think what you would like to but know that your speculations are just speculations."
Lucien pushed his hair off his face as they rounded the end of the beach, heading back up to the other people who were staying at the Inn as well. "Now, you should take some time to relax and mingle among the rest of them instead of spending so much time with me," he teased.

“I have met many people, and there are only few who are more captivating than you are, Lucien,” Ayvajin said with a smile. “Please, allow me to continue to spend as much time as possible with you.”
The necromancer leaned up and kissed Lucien’s lips gently. “You know, I think you should allow me to see your world,” she said as she went back down upon her feet instead of on tip toe. “You have seen so much of my world. Why not take me to see yours? That would be interest at least for me, right?”
She was rather curious as to what Lucien really ruled over.
