Cecilia does not know where they originate from. All she remembers is being put on the Black Market at a very young age with her brother, Celestine.

Occupation:

Cecilia manages to earn a bit of money for them as a fortune teller. When she touches someone, she can see brief glimpses into their future.

Appearance:

Cecilia is smaller than her brother, standing at five foot six inches tall. She has long pale blond hair that trails down to her hips in waves. Her eye color is a pale blue but she often covers her eyes with a strip of cloth because there is no need for it. She often wears long, dark colored dresses that Celestine has to get for her. They all are long sleeved though, the sleeves flaring out at the wrists and hiding her small hands.

Personality:

Cecilia is a bit more outspoken than she should be, considering she is blind. She is a very curious girl about the world around her, and often times wants to know what someone looks like. She can paint a very accurate picture of someone just by running her hands over their face.

She is unerringly polite and always speaks in a soft, calm voice that can calm her brother down when he gets upset. She can always make him smile though she cannot see it unless she touches him.

Cecilia is terrified of going back into the tunnels and doesn't like enclosed spaces where she cannot find a wall or someway to orient herself. She is terrified of being separated from Celestine and when they go places, she often holds his hand so as not to get lost.

History:

At a very young age, Celestine and his twin sister Cecilia were abandoned, because of their disabilities and because of being half human and half angelic. Celestine has never been able to talk, and Cecilia has never been able to see. They were put on the Black Market and were forced to stay there for years. They only left the Black Market when Celestine broke them out of their cages and guided Cecilia out of the Underdark to the surface.

Celestine and Cecilia adapted to the world above the surface. They learned out to defend themselves and to survive with no help from anyone else. As a young boy, after being on the market for so long, Celestine was quick to find a weapon that would be used to protect his sister. He became interested in the sword and ever since he has been looking for a teacher to train him.

Cecilia has never been able to manage a weapon, but her other senses have adapted, highly able to tell her where everyone is in a room without err. She can feel the slightest shift in the air about her, telling her when someone is moving and her hearing is excellent, able to pick up hushed conversations in a far corner of a room.

Celestine travels around Yviex with Cecilia. They have not found a permanent home.
