Cait giggled and spun around, her barefeet kicking up sand as she twirled her beloved stuffed rabbit around with her using Bun Bun as an imaginary dance partner. She hummed music along with them, making up steps to the dance that they were partaking in, picking up the short hem of her skirt as the curtsied, pretending she was wearing an elaborate dress and this was a grand ballroom.
It was warm in the South of Yviex and she had no sleeves to cover her arms, but it did not bother her, Caitlyin's skin was smooth and perfect as ever, a vision that would have brought upon many suitors had she been a normal girl. She brushed some strands of hair out of her face before stopping her twirling, falling back on the sand with one hand still holding Bun Bun's arm, as if they were two lovers holding hands while star gazing.
She stared up at the millions of tiny lights and giggled again, smiling before she began singing a light song, her voice carried by the breeze to float away and up over the dunes to any ears that may be listening. Big brother was doing his own thing and had left Cait to play on the beach for the time being, since she had been so happy to do so. The tiny girl had already begun collecting shells and other such things that she would eventually use to make a tiny castle to build and play with Bun Bun.
She sat up almost abruptly and brushed the sand out of her hair and off her stuffed rabbit, pulling him to sit in her lap as she pulled her hair into a complicated braid. "What to do now, what to do now?" she asked, her voice falling from candy red lips in a musical cadence.

Boredom was a nasty little thing when it came to Endriko's life. If she was to ever get bored things could happen, nasty things. But of course if you were to ask this beautiful young lady why she did it. Then she would have no answer, for not even she knew why she did these things. Reaching out with one of her slim hands she touched dunes with her claw like nails. Letting the feel of them hit against her soft pearl like skin. She herself didn't know what brought her to this beach, coming here to stop the boredom that was growing rapidly inside her. Her glossed lips curved into a smile when the voice drifted from over the dune and into her ears. It seemed to her like a young child was out to play and her luck that it was a young girl. Bending down she slipped the slippers from her feet before she moved forward toward the small tune.
When she managed to get up to the dunes the sight that created her was a beautiful scene at that. A young girl sitting in the sand while fixing her hair. A scene that even Endriko had to admit was wonderful. Her bright blue eyes moved from her to the doll the young girl carried, it was nothing more then a bunny but just by the way she handled it. This bunny maybe very dear to her indeed. Still holding her slippers in one of her hands she started down the dunes only to stop a few feet away from her. The question was asked out loud so it was only proper for her to answer. After all she didn't say who she was talking to.
"I know what you can do my dear" came her answer, her voice was honey sweet as she spoke once more. Since she was only wearing on her claw nails today she didn't have to worry about scaring the girl. "Why don't we play together?". The wind seemed to pick up the moment she asked her, causing her long brown hair to swirl around her face. Reaching up she touched it gentle to set it back into place. Staring at her she smiled lightly, hoping the girl didn't run away.

Caitlyin's head snapped up and violet eyes took in the appearance of the stranger. She didn't seem like a priest, nor did she feel like one, Cait decided, after letting violet eyes rest on the woman and observe her with weight that went beyond her sixteen years of existence and her childlike attitude and mindset. It was a gaze that seemed to penetrate to the depths of anyone's soul, no matter what they were.
Just as abruptly as she turned to face the woman, she turned away, watching the waves. "I was not speaking to you, pretty lady," she said simply. "I was speaking to Bun Bun since big brother is not back yet. He told me to stay here," was her simple response.

Endriko couldn't help the laugh that escaped her lips at the young girls reply. She seemed like very witty and smart child. Lifting the hand that was covered with the nails she gentle touched her lips as she looked at her. Tilting her head to the right side before she herself decided to answer the girl. "I am sorry my dear" came her voice once more. Still staring at the girls form even if she was looking away from Endriko. Since this happened most of the time with someone Endriko met she didn't really care about it. Sinking into the sand with the smile still placed on her face. Placing her slippers near her person she once again spoke to the young girl.
"May name is Endriko" she said next, the girl seemed to have an old brother and she wondered about this so called older brother. What was he like? Did he treat the little angel like she should be treated? It seemed that way if she was listening to him. Tapping the long metal nail against her lips she spoke once more. Her hand stopping in mid motion as she spoke. "What is your name?" while she waited for the girl to answer, that was even if she answered. Endriko leaned forward using the hand that had been holding her slippers she pulled some sand close to her lap as she started to mold it into a very awful looking sand castle.

Caitlyin took a moment to weigh her options, seeming to have a silent conversation with the stuffed rabbit before she turned to face the woman again, violet eyes unwavering. "Cait," she said. "That is what big brother always calls me. Bun Bun says you can play with us until big brother comes back. Then you have to go. He doesn't like people much," she said, finishing with a giggle as she brought her hand to her candy red lips, as if she were hiding a secret.
The sixteen year old turned back to the necklace she had been making out of shells for the rabbit and abandoned earlier to go twirl beneath the stars, skilled fingers threading small reeds through the natural holes in the shells and making an elaborate design that would eventually go onto the stuffed rabbit.

"Cait you say?" Endriko said as she pulled more sand toward her. When it was high enough she started to mend it to look like a hill, she would need water to actually make it look like a castle. "Seems like a wonderful brother to you Dear Cait" as she spoke she smiled to herself. Pushing herself up from the ground she started toward the water, when she reached it she bent down and waited for the waves to reach her. Avoiding it from hitting her skirt.
Cupping some water she walked back to the little hill, letting the water fall from her hands. Once that was finished she sunk back down and started to mold the sand before it decided that it wanted to dry. "Bun Bun is a very handsome fellow" she said to Cait. Neither looking up while she spoke, her fingers moving quickly to make part of the castle.
