And she was, but he didn't need to know that she was good for only one more trip. She had to conserve it for when she absolutely needed it. "Nothing personal, but this is how I make a living. Besides, you're a king, so it's not like you need the excess treasure. Share with somone who needs it a bit more, yeah?" she grinned, staff coming to a halt in her hand as she shouldered it. There had been rumors about the forest king for as long as she could remember: that he had been a skilled thief who stole from the rich and gave to the poor, thus earning him the name 'Robin Hood'. It was a nice thought, but Ro didn't see the appeal of giving away the night's earnings when you needed it just as much. Of course, she hadn't been born royalty, so maybe it was because of that that she usually kept it and used it to buy slaves to free them instead.
But she supposed he was the reason she had become so well known herself; if there was someone as good as him around, why not surpass him and prove that humans were just as good as the immortals? And she was achieving just that.
"You're right about my name being fake, but I already told you it was an assumed name anyways," she told him, mind going into overdrive to find a way out that didn't end in her getting caught again. There were those damn trees after all. "But like hell am I going to tell you my real one. I know what you magic types do with a person's true name, so you can just make due with whatever I tild you."
Her smile was vicious now, a clear sign that if he didn't let her go freely, she was going to go cornered animal on his arse. And she had the skills to back it up.

A smirk was gently placed on Robin's lips as he looked the girl over again. She was right about the name thing, but he prefered not to use that against some people, exspecially humans. He just walked a little closer until he was near the giant tree in his room and leaned against it."What are you going to use the necklace for any way?" Robin guessed that it was necklace that was entwined with vines and made from solid gold. He had happened to come across it not too long ago and after doing some tests on it, he realized that it was close to being all protective towards magic, but with the right amount of magic, it would certainly not last long. Actually weak, which surprised Robin, but he continued to stare at the Hood."Do you need food or something? Money? Seriously, all you had to do was ask." Robin lifted his eyebrows and gave a look that said 'Really? Youhad to doall of this?'

Ro made an irrtated sound in the back of her throat at him. "My buisness is none of your's," she informed him primly, neither confirming nor denying that she had indeed taken the item in question. "All you need to know is if you want what i stole back, then you'll probably find it in Menzotera."
The fact that he would offer her money so readily surprised her enough to make her lower her staff some. While she was aware that were kind rulers and noble who readily did just that, she'd had yet to rob one until now. Then again, she never got caught, so she didn't really know; the people she stole from were dirt bags to begin with anyways, so it didn't matter very much.

Robin cocked a smile as he watched Hood's reaction. He decided that since he would probably never know her name, he might as well call her Red Riding Hood, or Hood for short. She would have to deal. However, it was quite funny to see her so defensive over the necklace, realizing that she never actual answered the question."Yea, it's sort of my buisness if it's my stuff." Robin leaned against the tree and laughed. It was odd how this turned a full 180. The lights seemed to be dancing again.
Red Riding Hood seemed to be shocked, just a little, by his offer, and then thought that not many people, exspecially if they were getting robbed, would give money to a theif. Robin laughed again, and then crossed his arms."Oh, don't tell me that you forgot that you were talking to Robin Hood. But yes, is there something you require? Possibly a place to stay? I'm no stranger to the struggles of a theif."

Blue eyes rolled themselves at him and Ro snorted in a very unlady-like way. "Finders keepers," she replied childishly, one hand resting on her hip as she watched him with raised brows. What silly man he was, offering someone who was trying tor rob him blind a place to stay. If she wasn't such a 'kind' soul to begin with, she would use the opportunity to steal some other stuff. As it was, she just needed the one item, and he could take his offer and shove it. "Sorry Flower Boy, but I gotta jet. I got my own place to stay, so you'll have to let some other charity case stay here."
And Ro was certainly no charity case; she'd been fending for herself since before she oculd remember.

Robin seemed a bit puzzled by this girl. She was quite... spunky. The trees outside seemed to whisper to him, making him turn his focus away from Red. They seemed to be quite calm, but Robin turned his head to the large one he was leaning on and gave a playful glare at the tree. This was probably all nonsense to the girl, but he knew exactly what was going on. This old one seemed to telling the other trees in the forest that Robin was getting talked to by the human thief. Sighing, Robin walked back wards to wards the window that was bared and touched the vines the closed it up. They suddenly slid apart and shown the morning light breaking through Yviex. Robin then held his hand out."Well, if I can not offer you anything else, your free to go. But let me warn you, next time we meet, I won't be lenient."

She blinked rather blankly at him. "Are you insane or something? You don't normally let a thief go once you've caught them, not that I'm complaining," she added quickly once she'd found her voice to speak again. What kind of king let wanted criminals go once they had them in their clutches? Sure, he'd been a thief himself, but most thieves didn't appreciate other thieves coming in and showing them up by stealing their stuff. Something was up. "I can really go?" she asked with an almost hopeful smile, the first she'd directed at him all night.
