Alanna has trained in maby different weapons. Her Master is swordplay. She also is an ace archer. Altogether, she is a very strong fighter.
Thom seems to be more concerned on his power then anything else. Though he loves his sister more then anything, his sole goal is to master his magick.
Abilities:
Both twins are gifted with an exceptional amount of magick, both from their witch part, and from their human part. They have more power then any other known to the human race.
Companions:
Alanna will always be fallowed by a small black cat with purple eyes. She has named her Ezra.
Occupation:
Both twins have no real job. Thom is much to interested in his magic, and Alanna wants to find adventure.
Appearance:
Though she and her brother both have fire-red hair and brilliantly violet eyes, they still have some difference. Alanna is very short, at only the hight of 5'3. Her curly hair winds just past her shoulders. She has a very simple face, with a small nose and sprinkled with freckles. Altogether She has a pretty face. She has a very strong build, but in a famine way.
She will normally be found in simple breeches and a cotton shirt and tunic. She will sometimes be found in a dress, such as at court or other special occasions. Around her neck she always has a stone, inside it like like burning fire, surrounded by a Crystal shell. She rarely tells where she got it from, it is a thought that only her brother knows. Other then that she doesn't have any other jewels.
Thom, on the other hand, loves to dress in his socal class. He will normally be found in a colored robe and jewels. He seems to be the opposite of his sister, yet they also seem to be one in the same at the same time.
Personality:
Though she may look nice and innocent, but she is far from it. The ones who know her know not to get on her bad side. She has a horrible temper, and being one of the best swards people in Yviex, it isn't a very good idea to make her mad. Still, she had her moment. She is very understanding about most things, and isn't one to take too much advantage of her title. Having have grown up with no mother, she had to learn from others how to be a lady.
Thom, who doesn't have such a bad temper, has no real socal skills. He will normally be found with his head in a book. The only person he will show feelings for is his sister.
Though Thom loves his power, Alanna is scared of it. She has been told he has more then anyone has ever seen, and that scares her. When her mother died, her father stooped using his power, and forbid the twins to use theirs. Still, Thom and Alanna found ways around his rules. The first time Alanna tried a spell, she lost control and was scared of it since then. She as learned things since then, an is trying to forget her fear.
History:
Their life started just as any other nobles would. Their Father, Alan, married young, when he fell in love, to a woman named Jillain. Both were humans, or mostly. . Jillain died in child birth when Thom and Alanna were born. Alan blamed it on the twins, and thought that their magic should of saved her. He was never the same after that. Alan took to his studies, and would rarely be seen away from his desk, leaving the twins with no real family.
Thom, who was loved the full power of his magic, wanted to work with it, and become the very best. Alanna, who wished nothing more but to not have magic, seemed to have more then anyone, even her brother.
When the twins were 13 Alan died. Though he never seemed to care for them much they knew that he would have rather have himself dead then them. The twins were left without a dought that Alan found Jillain in death. Maybe he even died happy. From then on Alanna worked on her fighting skills, and Thom on his magic. He tried to get his sister into magic, but he could never seem to get her interested in it long enough before he got board. Still, Alanna found it hard to ignore her magic. She soon found herself taking her brothers books and trying spells. Thom would never say a thing when his books went missing, and soon he would leave some laying around with marked pages for her to find.
Alanna, sick of staying in one place, found herself packing and wondering around. She loved the thrill of helping others out, and protecting towns from bandits. Finding friends along the way, she never stayed in one place to long. Soon she picked up a nickname of 'Lioness' and had been known as that since.
Thom, who preferred to stay in the warmth of the castle, learned spell after spell, never able to learn enough. He was known to other places, as one of the most powerful.
