Ayvajin was a simple girl. She did not need luxury to feel comfortable or to feel at home. She really was not picky about where she laid her head down. As long as she could find some sort of rest, she was quite happy.
The necromancer entered the house, looking around. “You do not have to worry about impressing me,” she told Eli. “I am easily impressed, and I can find comfort in the little things. Luxury is not the most important thing to me.” She sent the human a smile. Her eyes drifted back around her surroundings.
She enjoyed the feel of this house. It felt like home because of how comfortable it was. Nothing to fancy, and really, that was how she liked things.

Eli smirks ever so slightly at the remarks made of Ayvajin, this was deffinetly not the place he’d take someone in an attempt to impress someone. It was a house he inherited from his parents and it was no better than any other place in the town, just slightly more comfortable than the inn. “Believe me Ayvajin, if I was trying to impress you I don’t think the first place I’d take you would be here.” He chuckles once again, looking around the main room where he could relax, three doorways leading off of it; his bedroom, the guest room and finally the kitchen. “Just throw your things down in that room, it’s the guest room, nothing fancy about it at all it’s just far more comfortable than the inn and I don’t see why it should go to waste.”
Turning away, Eli walks towards the kitchen, well it wasn’t really a kitchen but, it was where he prepared all of the food. He leans against the door way, looking back towards Ayvajin, “Hungry? Can I get you anything?”

Her eyes flashed around her surroundings once more, trying to quickly memorize her environment. Her attention turned back to Eli after his questions. “Oh, no thank you,” the necromancer responded to a smile. “I’m fine.” Ayvajin tended not to eat that much, and when she did eat it was usually just a small meal. She appreciated the human’s offer, though.
She slipped into the guest room and took off the bag upon her shoulder and the sword upon her back. She placed them on the bed before giving the room a good look around. She stepped back out of the room.
“This place is nice, though,” she commented to Eli. “Thank you for allowing me to stay.”

Glancing back at the kitchen there wasn’t anything that particularly caught his attention so he neglected the food. Turning back towards Ayvajin he rests against the wall once again nothing particularly on his mind. Making the effort to throw himself on one of the chairs now he looks up at his guest, smiling once more. “Please take a seat, I insist. Unless you’d prefer to go out and do something, I can show you around town if you like.” Eli scratches his shoulder gently as he leans his maple bow against the wall and throws his quiver onto the floor, it had been a tiresome day.

The necromancer looked around once more before walking over and taking a sit with the human. “I am fine with staying in for the rest of the night,” she said, relaxing against the chair she had just seated herself in. Her eyes wandered around the room, taking in every feature of her surroundings. Ayvajin was very observant of her surroundings, which was something she had acquired over time through her travels. She knew to stay alert no matter if she felt safe and relaxed.
Ayvajin’s light eyes fell back upon Eli. “I would rather find out more about you, Eli,” she said to him, folding her hands upon her lap to keep them still. “I am curious to know a few things, if you would not mind me prying that is. I will not question you if that makes you feel uncomfortable.”

Eli raises his eyebrows ever so slightly; she wanted to know about him? What was there to tell? The young native of Liadi scratches his shoulder again to ease the irritation of it. “So what do you want to know about me miss? I have nothing to hide so if there’s something you’d like to no, feel free to ask, you won’t make me feel uncomfortable, I assure you.”
Sitting back in his chair now his eyes fix upon Ayvajin, what was she going to ask? It was a little nerving at first but, then he relaxes a little his mind telling him there was nothing he had to hide. The truth was there was only one thing that he’d find difficult to go through with this woman but he hoped he wouldn’t have to go over his family affairs or lack of them.

Ayvajin thought for a moment. She could tell already that question Eli about his parents would make him uneasy, but she wanted to know. She was a necromancer whose affairs had to deal with the dead. She communicated with spirits and the like all the time. Ayvajin knew about their past lives, their stories.
“I do want to know about your parents,” she told him, her eyes studying the human closely. “I do not mean to bring up memories that will cause heart ache. I want to be able to communicate with them.”
To be honest, Ayvajin really did want to contact them. Most people who die out at sea tended to have wandering spirits. Watery graves made it hard on the souls of people to be directed to the land of the dead.
“If you do not want to talk about them, I shall find something else to ask you about. That is not a problem with me.”
